Improving the search feature would indeed be a significant enhancement. For administrators, maintaining an orderly structure with clear and stable admin panels is crucial. It streamlines their tasks and ensures efficient management.
Pros
The tool’s integration with data and information management is excellent. As a leader, it’s easy to use because you’ve been using it for many, many years, and everyone else uses it too.
Cons
For administrators, it’s a nightmare. Every month, M365 developers change dashboards and configuration panel, names and locations. It’s common to find two versions (old and new) with different features, options, names, and locations.

365 was a mainstay in my office work for 6 years. It worked well and utilized the cloud wonderfully, but it stagnated over time. Outside of excel, it seemed as though other programs offered better solutions.
Pros
We initially chose this as it was a cloud-based solution and it was the standard. We liked the compatibility with legacy files, the affordability, the storage, and the ease of working with the system.
Cons
It had some clunky elements and eventually, the products just didn't innovate enough.

I no longer use Microsoft 365 after I switched to Google Workspace.
Pros
Microsoft 365 inherited all its assets from Microsoft Office so over 99% of people who work with an excel sheet or a word file are still using it. However, Microsoft 365 is considered a lot more expensive than some of its competitors like Google Workspace.
Cons
Too expensive and you are also advised to install the software on your computer to achieve a good level of performance. Unlike Google Workspace which is entirely cloud-based, it is much easier to run with older computers and easily accessible.

Overall, my experience with Microsoft 365 has been great. It's easy to use, keeps everything organized, and is perfect for collaboration.
Pros
I like how Microsoft 365 keeps everything in one place from Word, Excel, Teams and makes it easy to access and collaborate on documents from anywhere.
Cons
I find the occasional updates and changes to the interface a bit disruptive.

Just like Office

It's a lot like the traditional office apps we know from Microsoft Office from the 90s and early 2000s. The familiar functionality can be helpful. The cloud-based version is sometimes more buggy and error-prone than the desktop version. In all, it does work, and when you need to get some office stuff done you can use it to generally accomplish what you need.
Pros
I do like the variety of other, non-traditional apps (apps other than the office suite apps like Word, Excel, etc.), like the whiteboard app -- it's helpful for brainstorming and has a lot of drag and drop charts, sticky notes, and mindmapping tools.
I also like that you can install desktop versions of the apps to Mac and Windows so you can take them offline.
Cons
The comments and changes tracking is less intuitive on Microsoft 365 than on Google Docs. If you don't set change tracking, it's hard to go back to a previous version or see what's changed.
Microsoft 365 subscriptions charge for the same service that was available with Google Docs for free, which means not a lot of my clients and colleagues use Microsoft 365, making using it less compatible with what everyone else is using.

Microsoft 365 is a great addition to any company. Their collaboration tools are great, they have apps for pretty much any operating system, but, if your operating system somehow doesn't have Microsoft 365 apps, it can also be used via the web. However, there is one small setback that can get annoying. Sometimes, Microsoft updates one of the apps, and pretty much forces the upgrade to the new app. The new apps often have major differences that, for less tech savvy users, can take sometimes take a while to get used to.
Pros
Microsoft 365 has great collaboration tools, cross-platform support, regular updates, security, and offline access.
Cons
Microsoft 365 has some apps that update sometimes, and they are completely different from how they were, making it hard to get used to them sometimes.

Cons

Pros

Cons

I've used it in classroom situations since its debut, and the current version seems more comparable to the original Office Suite in many ways. Still industry standard, especially Excel (although I wish the version for Apple products didn't create infinite cells on cut and paste :).
Pros
Good adaptation of a considerably older product to a cloud-based environment. Excel is still much better and more reliable than Sheets or Numbers, and Word has many more features than Docs.
Cons
AI integration is potentially a serious issue for educational use because I don't want students submitting AI-generated slop. For my own writing and work, I still prefer installing programs on my device for security and full functionality. However, Google Docs is a little ahead of Word in terms of cost, ease of document sharing, and version tracking.

As part of my Microsoft 365 subscriptipon I use Outlook on my desktop and mobile devices every day. I also use Word, PowerPoint and Excel frequently, mainly on my desktop PC. When Sharepoint works, it's great, but it can take a bit of trial and error to configure sometimes.
Pros
Microsoft 365 contains the majority of the productivity apps that I need to use to complete my daily tasks. They allow me to stay organised and to collaborate with my colleagues.
Cons
I dislike that when I want to switch on an Out of Office message, I sometimes can't do it on my PC and need to do it on my mobile device. I also find it less than intuitive to set up Sharepoint sites for file sharing with colleagues. Once set up they work well but they're difficult to set up initially.

My overall experience with Microsoft 365 has been positive. The software is great for single or multiple users. It's a must-have for teachers and students. Instead of having multiple programs installed on your PC, Microsoft 365 gives you everything in one package.
Pros
I have been using Microsoft 365 for the past 5 or so years. It's a great program that includes Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and so many more. I like that I'm not required to download each program within 365 on my PC. If you're low on storage space, this is exactly what you need. As long as you have an internet browser, you can access everything Microsoft 365 provides. I also like that you can download 365 on multiple PCs with one account. If you use multiple devices, you don't have to buy a subscription for each one. Microsoft 365 also automatically saves your work in case you lose power or the internet. You can easily start a project on one device and pick right up on another. I like the ability to share your work and allow others to make changes or add to your project. This is great for teachers. If a student is working on an assignment, the teacher can view what they are working on and give them comments in real-time.
Cons
I have been using Microsoft 365 for a few years now and I have never had any problems. Everything has worked flawlessly.

My overall experience with Microsoft has been positive. I have used this suite for years. I have no intention of changing to anything else. I would recommend this package to others.
Pros
I like that Microsoft 365 allows me the freedom to work from various devices. I believe this is the most powerful suite. I like the Outlook email as it simplifies access to multiple email addresses. Word and PowerPoint are my favorite. I use them easily and I was never trained for use either of them. I do believe the cost of Microsoft Office is reasonable for everything in the suite. I also like that there are intense security features. I love the cloud based storage and overall flexibility of Microsoft 365.
Cons
If Microsoft 365 and Google tools streamlined their processes to allow for smooth integration it would be even more valuable to me. I will be finishing my Doctorate next year. As such I have played with Teams because I will have team assignments. I do not find it to be user friendly. Although I like the flexibility of Outlook, it does not have the best notification process. The inability to install each application on it own is a bit inconvenient.

Pros
I like being able to use each and every program that's included in Microsoft 365 from Microsoft word to Excel, PDF, etc.
