Lot's of promises about focus in this area, but yet to see anything come to fruition. This option is less-intuitive and very different from UKG Pro. Thankfully all of those features are slated to be retired/replaced within the next year. > > The UKG Pro product is very powerful, configurable, and has high-availability. Any SaaS application has an occasional bug or unexpected downtime, but core modules in particular (ie. payroll) are rarely, if ever, unavailable. Service and Support can be a bit more variable, however, as UKG has become more and more popular and the number of customers has rapidly increased, it seems that the support organization has not increased at a similar pace.
