If they expanded the mobile app and simplified some of the workflows, it would make a big difference. A CRM-style activity log that timestamps every interaction, identifies who entered the note, and tracks calls, emails, meetings, and other communications would be valuable addition. -There is not built-in follow up or reminder system for prospects, making it easy for opportunities to be overlooked. -The inability to accept credit card payments directly though Aspire. -Search functions could be easier to use. -Site audits are not very easy. It is time consuming by having to click into every single picture to type a description. It would be nice to have some form of way to know if I missed a description on a picture before I print it out. Also a reminder if a site audit is overdue. It is a long process that requires multiple people with different ways to set it up.
