It has been alright. For the price we pay it would be nice to be able to have other sites on the same account for additional fees. or at least a couple adding pages as our company grows.

Pros

I like that it works really well with other apps like Etsy and Squareup. It is pretty easy to set up with a template.

Cons

Editing items in my shop after uploading from Etsy is a bit cumbersome. (it is one and done). customer service for one of my web domains has been poor.

Alternatives Considered

Wix and Google Workspace

Reasons for Choosing Squarespace

Mostly because it syncs with etsy and squareup. Plus the templates are cleaner over all.

I love Squarespace, and have used the site for my website, scheduling, domains, email marketing, e-commerce, Google Workplace subscription and booking/scheduling for years. It is SO easy to build a good website with Squarespace. I didn't need to pay someone to do this for me, and have been able to easily create a website I love. But, for me, it's the additional offerings that Squarespace offers that adds the most value. Their booking/scheduling system is great, and I use this to have clients book their meetings. It works seamlessly with my website. The email marketing is also brilliant, and easily sucks website content through to create email campaigns. And it's also great to be able to manage my Google subscription through Squarespace, too.

Pros

It makes websites, domains, email marketing, e-commerce, booking & scheduling... SO EASY!

Cons

Price is on the higher side compared with other options.

Good templates, customer service is available. This is a big pro as many companies fail at the customer service lately. Lots of integrations.

Cons

Cons

The templates are beautiful but they can also be limiting. Squarespace lacks the easy ultimate customization that some competitors offer.

My overall experience with squarespace has been awesome. Most of the features that com with squarespace i have found easy to use and very important in my business. I would definitely refer this product to friends, family and colleagues.

Pros

What i liked most about squarespace is the fact that i could easily add products to my website. And i could add all information and description of the product available. I could also have the money payed for a product sent directly to my bank account. I could also pick the themes and colors of my web page. Making it perfect for myself and other users of the software. I love the fact that i get to choose my domain and website name. Allowing it to fit my online retail business perfectly. As well as provided marketing tools andvemail marketing to help improve our customer count. I like the fact that it allows me to create a logo to fit my business. As well as provideva business name generator to help in naming businesses if the client is having difficulties finding a good and unoriginal name for the business. The price is a great pro for this product as well. The pricecwas fair for what they allow us to use to create our online website.

Cons

What i liked the least about squarespace is that it took a lot of work to set up multiple payment options
