The feature where i can set up a reminder before the task and the ability to customize the time when it will pop out.

Cannot complain on anything as of now, aside from not having a notification tone.

Can have reminders and steps to do with each task, thanks to this tool I can have more efficiency and progress

At the moment, everything is working good, I don't have cons of it

I liked that it would alert you if you had something that was vital to be completed, and it allowed me to set other teammates todos as well.

I really didn’t like that when I didn’t want to receive messages, it was cumbersome to turn off. It’s an all or nothing sort of thing.

We use Microsoft To Do as it allows us to immediately assign tasks to people on or off our team. It tracks the progress so we do not have to constantly ask where we are on those tasks. It also allows us to prioritize tasks

We have not found any defects with Microsoft To Do.

It has taken the place of my written daily planner. It's more convenient and automatically schedules my tasks for business, personal and other M365 Apps. It's easy to use.

It's somewhat simplistic for people who have many tasks and management duties and assignments.

Exactly what I need in an organizational to do app for keeping my business and personal goals easily accessible so that I'm able to achieve them.

There aren't too many flaws that I could pick out with Microsoft To Do, but if I had to pick one, I would suggest allowing for changing the notification frequency.

Microsoft to-do is super easy to set up and get started with. It is easy to share list with other users and collaborate on tasks. The pricing isn’t as even available for personal users for free.

There is no natural to-do input unlike competitors.

From email you can directly create a task with one click for email you received that the feature i like most.

Least feature that it cannot send alerts or notification on right time sometimes it gets delayed or sometimes it can't send any notification you have to check in opening the app.

I like that it reminds me to do things, I definitely need that sometimes. Same with having all my tasks in one spot.
I signed up fast with my Microsoft account and I can integrate with other Microsoft apps. I can flag emails (that are sent to my Microsoft account only) and they will show up in the app. From there I can make a task or list if needed. If you're working with a team, it will also show you what tasks are assigned to you specifically.
Repeating tasks are especially helpful for me, and they're easy to set up.

The layout of the home screen is kind of awkward. In the margin there's an option for "tasks" but also various different categories of tasks like "planned". They're all planned technically so I don't quite understand that one, but the point is at first I missed things because of the categories.

What I like about Microsoft to do is how easy it is to use. It's got a few really nice features such as being able to group your task lists, changing the background of your lists, sync with your OneDrive account, etc. it's also a really good app to use as a mobile daily planner.

What I didn't like is that it can be confusing upon initial first time use. You really have to take your time to explore the app. Once you get to know how to use it, however, it becomes easier to use.

I am in love with the seemless integration and ease of setting up the whole application.

I wish there were more automatic options.

If I had to choose something I liked least about Microsoft To Do I would say the lack of native themes for the app.

Very easy to create to do list, priotise those lists and mark tasks as complete. You can also share the to do list with someone else and update together in real time.

There have been some updating issues when sharing a to do list with someone else where you can't see their changes for some time.

I like that it's easy to use and free! It's simple to use for everyday tasks. I use it daily!

It's too simple for bigger projects. It doesn't have enough options for organizing things. I can't easily share my lists with clients.

My favorite thing about To Do is setting up recurring tasks. For example, Every other Monday, payroll needs to be completed by the end of the day and I used to forget constantly. Setting up a recurring reminder is easy and ensures that I will never forget again!

I honestly can't complain about any aspect of this simple tool. It does what you need it to do and stays out of the way.

It helps keep my day running smoothly. I am able to complete my daily tasks with ease.

Sometimes the reminders don’t come through but luckily i check throughout the day anyway.

I really like the user interface and the fact that you can share lists with colleagues, which saves time and makes the workflow better. It is very easy to use and features like due date, reminders and repeat are important and very well placed.

It is not a complicated and complex app, and there are no cons from my point of view.

Microsoft TO DO has completely changed my working life and allowed me to quickly and easily prioritise every task i have.

I wish you could colour code lines in Microsoft To Do

Simple user interface, so no training is required, I can actually upload files per task, also, the product is free.

Unable to prioritize task, you can only "star" priority tasks. Also, no option available for reports, but that is ok as it is a simple and effective task management tool.
