The ease of setting up template forms for multiple use was great

It can improve in logic conditional format to set up each form better for the user to complete only necessary fields when another question was answered a specific way.

What I liked most about Pandadoc was how easy it was to use the system, and how I was able to track when candidates viewed forms.

What I liked least about Pandadoc was how difficult it was to learn some of the more complex features.

Pandadoc has wonderful integrations with GMAIL, Salesforce and Quickbooks. Their ability to work with al three platforms greatly improves our sales process.

The backward-compatibility with Salesforce is very tricky to set up. Importing and exporting CRMs to link documents has proved to be a struggle in the beginning.

I like the ease of opening the file and being able to view it and electronically sign it. I had no issues with signing or it being received on my mobile device.

The only thing was the print/wording of the document that I opened and no way to make the font bigger.

The ability to create, send, and track documents all in one platform is incredibly convenient. The e-signature feature has streamlined my workflow, saving me time and hassle. It also integrates smoothly with other tools, which is a huge plus.

My experience with PandaDoc has been mostly positive. It has simplified the process of sending out contracts and getting them signed electronically, which has greatly improved efficiency. I appreciate how easy it is to use, but wish the pricing was more accessible for smaller companies.

I believe that this software is perfect for anyone that is looking to have a platform for documents that are easy to understand and thorough

It is not the most intuitive. I would love to have a software that is best to be used with learning the best and effective methods for customers.

I love that once you make a template in PandaDoc you can easily assign signature roles, adjust client information, and input custom variables so that everything is easily customized and doesn't have to be re-built from scratch.

My biggest issue within PandaDoc is that you are not able to crop or resize photos within a frame once imported. You can re-size the frame itself but not the image.

PandaDoc has solved all of our basic needs with its free tier. Great experience overall.

The free tier is somewhat limited, but it's done the work. DocuSign is more established and trusted.

Easy to adopt and start using. The interface is simple and intuitive. Updates and enhancement are always being implemented. Being able to convert a pdf or word doc to a PandaDoc template is really slick.

Easy to add placeholders and template creation speeds up the document creation process. Being able to handle a variety of document types from contracts, proposals and invoices makes it a one stop solution.

There's no way to edit a document if it's not in a PandaDoc template format. This requires a paid subscription and is challenging for sole proprietorships.

It makes the document management a easy job, saved me a lot of time. Some important features for me are the construction estimates and quoting, more than a half of my job is done with the help of PandaDoc. The possibility to get digital signatures on your contracts and docs is crucial for and offers the liberty to do the job on the go. Document cloud offers a secure storage and available from any device wherever you are.

Is not perfect, but there are no cons worth mentioning here.

I like the automation and workflow features and it ensures a smooth way of handling documents.
I also like the billing and invoicing capabilities.

I only have praises for PandaDoc as it hasn't failed.

Account setup was easy and support was very fast and clear. I manage with PandaDoc all documents, document creation and signing. A real document manage powerhouse.

From my point of view the price could be a little smaller on monthly plans, but not a deal breaker.

It is simple to generate custom proposals,quotes and contracts with PandaDoc.I can easily create,edit, share and manage documents with PandaDoc.It is possible to sign documents electronically with PandaDoc.

Everything work perfectly with PandaDoc hence I have nothing to complain.

I recently had to do a proposal and after weeks of procrastinating, I finally went on to the internet and searched for proposal templates I could use. Thats when I met PendaDoc and immediately clicked the link to see what I could get. I got a nicely done template that needed me to only change a few things like the logo, and my company name to get the proposal ready. After like one hour of making the necessary edits, my proposal was ready.
I believe that PandaDoc was quite easy and straightforward to use. I can't remember needing to use any article or video to learn how to use it.
I only needed to input my credit card details to get to use the premium version of PandaDoc. I got like a month of free premium trial to test out PandaDoc. I like this. You get to try premium PandDoc for free for the first month.

Panda is quite expensive. After my free trial, I got a bill of about 200 dollars, which is quite expensive for me.

Can recognize signatures on images with mobile which makes the product unique, can create automated approval flow and ensures it gets signed correctly within bands, limits and in the correct order.

The main dashboard should be simplified, we do not need to see everything in the main screen. The simpler (and faster), the better.

PandaDoc gives us more flexibility when it comes to multiple signs needs for our contracts. It lets us edit and update the previous doc without having to create a new one.

Is a great tool to manage your contracts, invoices and others. Easily to setup and get it running. It saves you a lot of time when it comes to documents hassle.

Is not the cheapest in his category, would be great if they offered some discounts.
