It is a great software to use as a central repository for submittals, photos, etc. It makes it much easier to provide reviews, feedback and approve purchases, and well as to download drawings and other documents. > > **Cons**: The construction projects that use ProCore don't put their project schedules in ProCore, leading me to believe that the functionality is not easy to use. We are a subcontractor that uses it on an invite basis from GCs. We use it for plan viewing, billing and submittals. It is easy see submittals and manage compliance tasks.
