Small businesses need to keep track of each project individually at a micro level and Zoho projects provides a pocket friendly way to do just that.

The UI and set up are too complex, would have been nice to have clear youtube tutorials or an AI that could set up the tasks for you.

I like that Zoho Projects makes it easy for us (teams) to plan, track, manage and collaborate on tasks.

Ease of setup - we can start using the product seamlessly and you need not be a technical user to set it up. So are the features, easy to use and understand.

Integrations with existing zoho could be better

The software is cloud based and has a higher level of customisation capabilities.

Some of this software's pros are the ease of logging and locating your projects. The project platform is unique and provides direct information to all stakeholders.

Well organized and simple. Easy to use and very effictive.

Uploading files is bit slow. The storage capacity also needs to be improved.

Zoho projects is super intuitive and well laid out so things are easy to find. The price compared to the feature list is unbeatable. They also offer a whole suite of other tools.

Zoho is not as complex as many other PM packages, but you are not paying a premium price for every bell and whistle.

In some times i get confused when I working in the dependences because I can See all the tasks so I don'd remember all the adjacent tasks. It makes a bit tedious.
