Confusing multiple options, unclear processes to find and access info you need or poor navigation render the app very user unfriendly. Very simple quality of life fixes like sorting units alphabetically go unaddressed for years. The company seems to cater more to the back end users dealing with accounting aspects than streamlining the app for the techs in the field. The result is still confusion, wasted time, duplicate or erroneous entries of notes or units that admins will need to override and fix anyway. The main idea of the app should be organization and its failing in that aspect. > > This is definitely a step up from organizing physical work orders or time sheets, or even utilizing different digital file sources. It’s nice to have an all in one solution. I haven’t personally tried other similar software, but I imagine there are vastly superior options out there. Knowing my employer, this is likely the cheapest option.
