### Key benefits of Zoho Analytics

 Zoho DataPrep (Powered by AI): Integrate, model, clean, prepare, enrich, and organize data easily inside Zoho Analytics. The feature is inbuilt within Zoho Analytics and launched as a stand-alone product too.
 Traditional in-premises BI tools have a high upfront cost in the form of a perpetual license fee and buying of separate hardware \& software. Zoho Analytics being a BI software offered as a service, you pay as you go (affordable monthly subscriptions).
 Maintaining an on-premises BI tool would mean your IT department will have to maintain both the hardware and software. Going with Zoho Analytics, with the business intelligence platform being hosted, all the IT-related work is taken care by us.
 Having your own BI implementation will take months to set up. With Zoho Analytics, you just sign in, import or push your data from multiple sources and get to see auto-generated reports immediately. BI in SaaS mode saves much on set up and implementation time.
 Zoho Analytics has a spreadsheet-like interface and users who are used to working with spreadsheets will find it easy to learn and use. Most of the report building functions are just drag-and-drop.
 Accessible from anywhere - Zoho Analytics can be accessed from any computer using just a browser and internet connection. Typical in-premises solutions are accessible only within your company firewalls.
