Good, well-balanced small business CRM

Pros
Copper is feature-rich and did everything we wanted it to do to manage sales at a relatively large website.
We used Copper to manage leads, convert them to opportunities, track payments, and fulfill our clients' orders.
We also set up integrations with Slack and Google Forms, which made it much easier for clients to reach out and for us to track progress and discuss projects in a single tool (Slack).
Cons
Pricing could be more competitive, but compared to Salesforce, it's probably not bad at all.

Copper is great because it integrates really well with google and the google suite.
Cons
I do not like that the app has very limited functionality. Doing sales on the go without my laptop is highly difficult. I rely on copper a lot to stay focused.
