Pros
It has been a great tool for team management and scheduling of tasks. It helps to effectively communicate with the team. It comes with a user-friendly interface, making it very useful for both managers and employees. Pricing of the software is also quite competitive.
Cons
Customer support can be improved a bit. Sometimes, there comes a lag while updating the task progress. Otherwise, it is a good tool

Amazing tool for small businesses. I used this while working as a server in the restaurant industry and was the primary tool for week to week scheduling.
Pros
Allowed for ease of viewing weekly schedules as well as posting and updated time out as well as needs when shifts were needed to be picked up by other workers. Also integrated with iCalendar
Cons
Sometimes felt a bit clunky and as if internal messaging was difficult to use

Pros
I thought it was good for making schedules and was relatively easy to set up initially. Notifications were relevant and timely.
Cons
I found it hard to easily navigate an individual's schedule as an employer. Would have been nice to just be able to click on an individual and see their hours worked.

How easy it is to put shifts up for bid or to bid on open shifts. It’s very user friendly for admin to approve.
Cons
The way the schedule populates as an administrator, it’s very busy and hard to read through.
