The easyest and coolest system to register visitors.

Pros

Simplycity and reliability. In the past we used paper logbooks that really made our reception desk look antiquate and the registration porcess was slow and unreliable. The i-pad and the software have greatly upgraded the reception of our guests.

Cons

When we installed the system we also added the printer for the badges, but the cost of the supplies and the overall speed and quality could be improved.

great experience with Envoy. Even when our internet is having issues Envoy is still working

Pros

It is very easy for everyone in my company to use and navigate with Envoy. the features are super helpful with signing in guests

Cons

We have had some issues with connectivity but that could be due to our building and the other companies internet interfering with ours

The visitor recording/registration is very helpful and the data can be easily retrieved for security and other purposes. This eliminates the traditional log sheet manual registration of the visitors and this system gives a good impression/image to the university in terms of new technology implemented to the institution.

Pros

What I like most in the system is the customizable input fields (visitor information) that can be modified if desired. Also the interface of the visitor registration form and the receptionist's dashboard in monitoring visitors.

Cons

The system is internet-based and the system will not function if internet connection problems occur. Also the visitor input application is only for Apple devices. They should have an application version for Android devices.

Mobile, Scalability and ease of use.

Pros

Scalability, Mobility, Customer Service is always helpful. Ability to deploy global and use the local language on iPad, customization on the fly... from meeting types to the sign-in screen.

Cons

Label layout, Billing Banner should be to global admin, ability to change sign in flow (NDA before signing in), about to take your photo prompt, Need for more metric analytics or a connector to PowerBI or Azure connector, ability to remove visitor data on a retention timetable (remove everyone after 6 months +1 day).

Pros

really accessible. Helps track when clients are coming into the office. I use this every day at work.

Cons

sometimes disconnects from badge printer. It just makes it a little inconvenient when a guest is checking in.
