Our month-close has been delayed in the past due to technical difficulties and problems with AP synchronisation. Their support team's sluggish reaction time is also a problem. > > **Cons**: The product's usability would improve greatly if the Fixed Assets and Prepaids sections were modernized. Quickbooks is preferable, which is laughable given the price of this software. Its also extremely difficult to learn how to create and manipulate reports. Who wants to spend weeks in classes? Its not user friendly. Also, the invoices don't include billing periods which should be standard for any accounting software. We have to pay for an add on from Armanino which is not ideal. > > I would never implement Sage at another company.
