Despite this, we were still paying for the software while being unable to use it. Due to our business facing serious financial difficulties — including a company going bankrupt and owing us a significant amount of money — we had no option but to cancel the contract. I explained this situation to BrightHR and asked if it would be possible to exit the contract under the circumstances.
