> **Pros**: The mobile app. I have tried other mobile apps for CRMs and nothing compares to Salesbox's mobile app. In my line of work, I am rarely in front of a computer, and I am constantly referencing my notes using Salesbox.

> **Cons**: At times, their customer service team took more than 24 hours to get back to me. If it were to be an emergency and I really needed something done, I am not sure it would have flown over with my boss.
