Tidio Chat is a web-based live chat software which combines messages from emails, Facebook Messenger, and website chat widgets into a unified agent interface, enabling agents to deal with all customer messages at the same time, with the same tools, regardless of which channel they come in from.
Tidio Chat offers a variety of live chat options, with users able to select from chat widgets, sidebars, and dedicated chat pages, all of which can be customized. Three chat widget styles (classic, modern, and business) are available, and users can customize the popup with different colors, button positions, and editable status messages. The chat pages can also be customized with different background images and welcome messages. Users can also add a custom pre-chat survey to obtain visitors’ names, phone numbers, and email addresses before a chat is started.
Tidio Chat enables users to set up a number of automations to trigger preset actions when a particular condition is fulfilled. Trigger options include a site visitor opening a new page, visiting the site for the first time, returning to the site after a previous visit, and spending a certain amount of time on a single page. The actions which can be triggered include sending chat messages or emails, and adding tags to or removing tags from customer profiles. Tidio Chat’s automations are designed to recognize when customers encounter issues with logging in, form completion, or payment, and react before the customer leaves the website.

The Tidio implementation process is simple and fast, and after a quick installation, we can start interacting in real-time with our leads and clients or offline. Tidio is a very stable and efficient platform when it comes to registering and providing a service process in real-time or offline in a web environment, for small and medium-sized companies. It also favors analytics-based tracking, which is really the biggest advantage of using this type of platform and as long as we're not talking about large corporations, Tidio will be able to cover all our needs.

Lost WhatsApp Sign in after integration

Pros
Easy to use, has a nice interface, gives you a great report, and increases your customer range, customers reach you easily, and you can make all social media conversations from one place and that's awesome.
Cons
unable to sign in to my WhatsApp account on my phone after integrating with Tidio, we only make conversations through Tidio WhatsApp chatting, and we are unable to sign in to our WhatsApp account through the WhatsApp Application and make conversations from there.

I got sucked into the Tidio marketing, got excited, decided to add it to our website, and then it would not connect to my domain. I followed the available tutorials, but still couldn't connect it to our domain. I asked for support days ago, and it's been crickets.
Pros
Not sure. I can't even get the app working, and the support team has been unavailable for days - another bad sign.
Cons
I least like never getting a response from the support team. I can't even tell if this is a good app on not.

Pros
Everything worked good during the trial. Not the best solution we found, but good price (we thought) for the features
Cons
After trial ended we found out that services that the web site claimed we would have access to on the tier we wanted would be additional cost. Customer support could not agree on why they were doing a bait and switch. Clearly a company with honesty issues, and I would not trust my money with them.
