ChiroTouch
About ChiroTouch
ChiroTouch is an electronic health record (EHR) practice management solution developed for chiropractors. Users can securely store patient profiles, schedule appointments, create SOAP notes, and process payments and claims. ChiroTouch helps users remain HIPAA compliant, track employee productivity, and optimize marketing campaigns.
With ChiroTouch’s EHR software, practitioners can digitally manage patient profiles and communication while remaining up-to-date with the latest compliance regulations. With the ChiroTouch patient portal, patients can complete all necessary forms from home, which streamlines the check-in process. Users can also communicate with patients to remind them of upcoming appointments as well as send targeted marketing messages via email or SMS to reengage customers and increase conversions.
ChiroTouch provides users with tools to track claims, process payments electronically, and verify insurance eligibility. ChiroTouch helps practitioners streamline the billing process by automatically saving clients’ payment information and enabling patients to pay bills in person, online, via contactless devices, or over the phone.
ChiroTouch offers users a HIPAA compliant solution for data back-up and recovery. All files are backed-up automatically with offsite storage that provides disaster recovery. Users can also establish role-based access restrictions for each authorized user.
ChiroTouch offers native mobile applications to process payments, manage patient information, schedule appointments, fill out forms, and streamline the check-in and check-out processes.

EHR qualification and PQRS qualification. scheduling patients and text reminders. Online patient paperwork makes new patient processing quicker and easier
Pros
test message reminders for appointments and patient check in
Ipad apps and the ability for patients to complete paperwork online
Cons
We don't like not having randomized text from one soap note to the next. It is also hard to see other family members account balances from the check out screen.

Other than the most recent issues with contacting patients, my experience has been stellar. The customer service is excellent, and the system is extremely intuitive, and easy to use.
Pros
Chiro Touch makes appointments and payments extremely easy to deal with. The support team is fabulous when you need them, and always patient and pleasant. It's a fairly intuitive system, too.
Cons
For some time now, we have not been able to use our CT system to text or email patients. We were told this is something that's being worked on, but this has gone on for several months now. We finally had to get a secondary system to take care of all our contacts, even though that is supposed to be covered in what we pay for this CT service. Now we are paying even more for this secondary contacting system. While this is really my only complaint about CT, is it a big one, and the amount of time this has gone on is simply unacceptable.

A huge downgrade from CT Server to CT Cloud!
Reviewed on 13/06/2024
Pros
The only upgrade to CT Cloud was being able to connect anywhere, even out of the office.
Cons
Everything. The reports in the server system were not in the cloud, billing was a mess, customer service was no help and it felt like I was teaching them every time I got a call, and it took an eternity to hear back from anyone regarding my help tickets.

Overall ChiroTouch is a great software that after getting the hang of, can keep all your patients records and diagnoses organized and up to date. It helps bill insurance agencies and send reminders so that your business will flourish.
Pros
Chirotouch is extremely user friendly. It stores all patient records discreetly, from active patients to past patients. It sends alerts if their insurance is out of network or if they are coming close to their maximum amount of allotted visits they will cover. It sends out any messages you want to patients as well. Including appointment reminders.
Cons
It can be hard to fix errors without going in depth into the software. It also can be confusing what/where the patients information is correctly input as you have to click on the option and scroll to the proper box.

My overall experience with ChiroTouch has been pretty good. Some hiccups here and there, but nothing that cannot be worked out.
Pros
What I like about ChiroTouch from an assistant viewpoint is that it's easy to check in and check out patients. Plus the notes I put in are really simple.
Cons
What I like least about ChiroTouch is sometimes it is hard to use for the Doctors.
