All you have to do is open up the Need Help section and look at the Resource Center to find what you need. The ability to easily send emails to our database via lists - while also analyzing open rates is great. Having membership information and events publish directly to the website ensures accuracy and reporting. > > **Cons**: The website is horribly slow and cumbersome to update. The email designer is not user-friendly. Line spacing, in particular, is not consistent and on occasion is not reflective of preview drafts. I have difficulty creating custom reports. It would be beneficial to have the option to not send confirmation emails to members when registration changes occur. Likewise, a question to not automatically refund payments would be beneficial. When "back end" changes need to be made, the member doesn't need to know. The ability to customize formatting in the email designer and the website integration via a program similar to MS Word would be WAY better. Connecting custom invoices to an event would be helpful. There are a number of additional items we need to be able to track for grant reporting that could use fields - NAICS codes, logging assistance time with a member, number of employees, gross sales, and demographic information are all items we need. The ability to create and distribute surveys would be helpful. > > The platform can be tremendously cumbersome. Little inefficiencies compound and become frustrating. Help tickets often take significant time for a response. We've had some wonky things happen that haven't been explainable. Certain modules also seemed less intuitive and required additional training before my team felt comfortable using them. In addition, a few of the reporting features lacked the customization we needed to fully match our organization’s processes. These issues didn’t outweigh the benefits, but they did slow our adoption and required extra time to integrate GrowthZone into our workflow > > My overall experience with GrowthZone has been very positive. The platform brings together membership management, communications, billing and event tools in one place, which has saved our team time and reduced duplicated work.
