Being able to complete a good amount of on boarding through connecteam and incorporating forms through on boarding and updates is nice to have everything in one place. > > **Cons**: Time off - Not being able to see who else is off in the same view of a leave request and inability to block a date when too many staff request off for the same date. Timesheets: Not being able to easily see what the scheduled shift was especially if someone had a shift in two different areas (ex: trainer 9am-1pm and manager 1pm-5pm). Also not being able to approve individual timesheets to work ahead on payroll. Schedule view: the hours do not update in the schedule view if staff work over their scheduled time making it difficult to detect overtime. I wish management could view shifts that are "pending replacement" and who they were sent to > > It has been an adjustment but overall getting used to the changes and adapting to what is not yet available.
