> **Pros**: The software helps in many ways when working with contracts on reviews and approvals.  When need a signature for final approval, you can use e-signature where the process is much faster to use especially when you're limited on time.  When tracking documents of contracts, the database is very useful in pulling up contracts.

> **Cons**: Like all software there are pro and cons in using it. With eContracts, this system is actually a good software and useful. The benefits of even using a software to help make my task easier is a pro for me.
