Easy to schedule appointments. > > **Cons**: Invoicing with Hippo 2.0 makes me want to pull my hair out. I don't feel that it is efficient to have to switch between the medication and vaccine tab in order to invoice these items. Estimates are also trickier with Hippo 2.0; you cannot easily change an estimate into an invoice if the client approves everything. We have lost a significant amount of revenue because what charges we thought were transferred from the patient chart to the invoice did not transfer. It also takes a long time to put drugs and charges in for surgeries - we like for our clients to have a detailed invoice including all the drugs. Drug quantities do also not transfer from the patient chart to the invoice so every thing has to be changed manually. > > The customer support and online tutorials have been great\!
