What I like most about CEIPAL ATS is its user-friendly interface, which makes it easy to navigate and manage candidates efficiently. Overall, it significantly improves productivity and makes the recruitment process much smoother.
Cons
If I had to mention what I liked least about CEIPAL ATS, it would be the occasional complexity in customization options, which can make tailoring the system to specific organizational needs a bit cumbersome. Also, at times, the speed of the platform can lag, particularly when handling large datasets. Lastly, the reporting features, while robust, could benefit from more intuitive customization for non-technical users. The GUI is pretty nice and it is easy to use for a new user. Candidate's profile are quite informative with all the relevant details clearly mentioned.
Cons
The option of special notes on a particular candidate can be made better. They should have a pop up option for those specific candidates.
