So far it's been the most robust and intuitive project manager. I like how it blends project management with onboarding and document management to avoid switching between apps like Google Drive and Harvest
Pros
Customer Support has been very helplful to ensure my certifications. As a recent project manager who migrated from TeamWork, I found their interface way more resourceful because I was able to store SOPs and onboarding processes to blend them which allowed me to also enable project collaboration between team members and thus, a leaner and more intuitive team collaboration approach to avoid cluttered manual processes and enable fasten process automations without much effort. The calendar is also highly intuitive which makes time slots and bookings much more efficient and the client management also faster when we want to onboard new clients. It's ease of use makes it so accessible that even casual users may find ClickUp the best work and personal life management optimal.
Cons
It can sometimes have too many features. I have to find a good reason on a personal level to use all these features.

My overall experience was good. It was helpful to keep me on task and time tracking. Working in the accounting field due dates and timelines are very important and this was a great way to keep me on track. Reports on time tracking were easy to use.
Pros
I liked click up because it kept me on task. It was very easy to add tasks, sub tasks and assign different members of the team on projects. The ability to see what everyone has completed cut out interruptions which was a huge time saver. It also worked great for time tracking for billable hours. I've used the version where you pay and it was a good value to hold shared documents.
Cons
The only thing I think that would improve click up would be a reminder. If you are active, but not clocking any time a little reminder would be helpful. Or if you are on a project for multiple hours, an are you still there pop up to avoid over charging for time.

Apart from the learning curve, the application is excellent for project organization, team task assignment, and status tracking. Additionally, it provides email notifications to keep everyone updated.
Pros
It provides the best options for organizing project sprints, categorizing project functions, setting task statuses, and assigning tasks to team members efficiently.
Cons
It usually takes time to learn all the features in this product. Sometimes, when looking for specific tasks or information, you have to check whether any filters are applied, which can be a bit confusing.

Overall, ClickUp has been a great tool for managing our project. It keeps everything, from tasks to communication, centralized and accessible, which saves a lot of time. Even with a few minor downsides, it’s reliable and has made teamwork much more efficient.
Pros
ClickUp makes project collaboration really simple. It syncs smoothly across all team members, and it’s easy to share files, updates, and messages in one place. I like how tasks can be assigned, tracked, and marked as complete so everyone knows exactly what’s going on. It keeps the whole project organized without needing multiple tools.
Cons
Sometimes the interface feels a bit crowded with too many options, which can be overwhelming for new users. The mobile app also works fine but could be more polished and faster when switching between views.
