GlueUp management is very much open to working with its clients to improve the overall system. During a mass data upload, several sections didn’t transfer correctly, which required us to spend time manually fixing the issues. The platform itself isn’t very beginner-friendly, and because it’s not widely known, it’s been difficult to get new staff up to speed quickly. The website development process also had some hiccups—we had to make several rounds of edits because the structure for submitting content wasn’t clearly outlined from the start. Additionally, the biweekly meetings felt rushed, limited to just 30 minutes, and often gave the impression that the team was stretched thin. In one instance, the Zoom link provided didn’t work, and after 15 minutes of no response, we were only left with half the time and weren’t offered an extension.
