Epos Now’s cloud-based point of sale offers a single, centralised platform from which retail and hospitality businesses can manage inventory, prices, multi-channel sales, and much more. The system can integrate with third-party and in-house card payments and online sales and ordering systems. Excellent POS system for various types of business, expecially hospitality ones

Pros

- great 24/7 support team
- elastic SAAS solution that can be customised for various business needs
- cloud-based solution that can work on any device and any operating system

Cons

- pricing seems fine initially but the sales team constantly keep pushing for paid support plan - this might be expensive
- As this is a massive provider, you might sometimes wait a long time for your new features to be implemented

I would never recommend this system. I will tell anyone who is looking for a system to not buy this one.

Pros

I was sold this product with many promises. The criteria we needed was promised and never delivered. We have been waiting for a refund after returning the hardware for 3 months

Cons

Customer aervice do a great job of 'looking into it' and say it is sitting with management management have never been in touch. They simply don't care. They owe us over $2000.

Great EPOS experience from software, sales to support

After experience with EPOS Now back in 2016, never thought I'd be using this product or company...

After experience with EPOS Now back in 2016, never thought I'd be using this product or company again, but what a massive difference these years have made. Nothing but positives so far. Which I hadn't messed about with the other companies the last 18 months.

Pros

Software had everything I was looking for, which most companies that have these features are charging the earth. [sensitive content hidden] from sales team has been incredible, and great experience from [sensitive content hidden] in support. The fact [sensitive content hidden] was able to help with an issue at 20:00 in the evening when most companies have sent the team home is impressive.

Cons

A lot of self learning, which for me is ok as I've used a lot of different EPOS companies, and this is also reflective in the pricing being great value which is fair.
