> **Pros**: I use the system to manage the CAPA and certifications for our BSI accreditation. It is handy to have all certifications and findings in one place. The system is easy to use and I have found it straightforward to train to other users. Administration of the system is easy and not too over complicated as it is with other systems

> **Cons**: The system itself is good but it takes along time to get feedback/resolution from BSI When submitting on the portal.
