About Classe365
Classe365 is a cloud-based student management software for education institutions which combines student information system (SIS), customer relationship management (CRM), and learning management system (LMS) capabilities in a single platform. The system is suitable for use throughout the education sector, including academies, schools, higher education colleges, vocational education and training institutions, and universities.
Classe365 allows users to manage student admissions, with paperless admission processes, online application forms, application progress tracking, a secure transaction platform for online fee payments, and automatic SIS updates. Leads can be managed and nurtured, with one-click SMS, email, and call to follow-up with prospects. Enquiries and sales can be analyzed by course, status, territory, or any custom fields, and users can generate reports on conversion rates and course registrations.
Users can schedule courses and timetable classes through the drag-and-drop interface, and manage credits, electives, assessments, grading, graduation, alumni, and student health records in Classe365. Dedicated portals are available for teachers, administrator, students, and parents, with dashboards for managing academic and personal information. Blended learning, self-paced learning, student discussion groups, and online quizzes are supported. Educators can monitor meetings between parents, teachers, and students, and student behavior can be tracked and analyzed, with suggestions generated to assist staff in combating anomalous behavior.
Classe365 allows users to track admissions fees, library fines, and other transactions and payments, with parents and students able to view transaction records. Grants and scholarships can be managed, and donations can be tracked. Users can also generate financial statements, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets. Institution analytics enable users to compare current and historic data with interactive charts and graphs, and reports can be generated to visualize trends in behavior, academic performance, and student health.

Pros
Integrated applications and LMS.
Support is excellent!
Easy to tailor, like that is cloud based and hosted.
App works well too, as well as quiz function.
Cons
Nothing. Have had no issues, works well, cost is reasonable. Good videos for training. Hosted solution.

Digital trails are easier to follow than hidden paper

Pros
No more making a copy of important documents for each team member or related services staff. I love that we can all access at our own desire. Not to mention that the is no more cross referencin each copy to assure all changes/new information has consistent on each copy.
Cons
Hard to get used to but I think I just was a little scared to get rid of my hard copies. If I run into issues I have to go through several Avance to find a solution .

Over all they meet the needs of our business. We are growing our program and we hope to see Classe365 grow with us. Additional features in the LMS would be great.
Pros
It is great to have a CRM, SIS and LMS all tied into one product. Over the years, the Classe365 team has bmade improvements to the functionality and useability. A small company that cares about their customers.
Cons
As with any system, there are challanges. The "one-stop shop" approach causes functionality issues across the modules. The modules do not integrate as seemlessly as they should. Some of the functions with integrations are limited.

Pros
The Learning Management System has provided us with a platform that is perfect for our courses and students. It is user friendly, for both admin and the students.
Cons
The only con for us is not being able to calculate word count on the quizzes. At the moment it is set as character count.
