Ability to deploy a thank you video through the donor management system, that would then update through Salesforce (maybe by creating a link to the video?). That would be a big benefit. ----- ### "Love Donorbox" — 5.0/5 > **Brenda** | *16 September 2025* | Nonprofit Organization Management | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: It is super easy to use for the donor and the organization and we've had no trouble with security breaches. Easy to see exactly how much is being donated and by whom. > > **Cons**: hard for donors to find how to donate without making it a recurring donation. We have had many donors have to go in and make a change after the original donation because of this. ----- ### "Not for the little guy" — 3.0/5 > **Noelle** | *8 February 2026* | Education Management | Recommendation rating: 1.0/10 > > **Pros**: Easy to use. The platform is simple enough. Not confusing. It was ok. Nothing special. Nothing fantastic. It was good . > > **Cons**: It’s expensive. Most nonprofits have no money. People think donations are flowing for all. A lot of us don’t have it. > > It was decent. Wish it was geared toward new nonprofits more. Wish they made it simple to get a lending source that didn’t include using your social. It’s a nonprofit. Why should anyone have to put their personal info out there ----- ### "Best Fundraising Platform for our Marching Band Fundraising" — 5.0/5 > **Jeremy** | *17 September 2025* | Music | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: This was the perfect fundraising tool for our marching band. We were looking for a low cost, low pressure, high quality platform that also allowed peer to peer fundraising to get the kids involved. Donorbox checked all those boxes. The tool was very user friendly and the resources available to help the users were extensive. > > **Cons**: We wanted to be able to contact donors straight from the tool but we couldn't without upgrading to the paid option. > > Our band has tried several fundraisers in the past to mixed results, but this one was a perfect fit. Our group does not believe in the high pressure sales tactics and the large percentage fees of the platforms used by other groups in our school. When we found Donorbox, it seemed to good to be true but after running our first very successful campaign, we discovered it was exactly what we were looking for. We will be suggesting this to everyone who asks and will be using it for years to come to help support our growing program. ----- ### "“A Simple, Reliable, and Donor-Friendly Fundraising Platform”" — 5.0/5 > **Nicole** | *16 September 2025* | Nonprofit Organization Management | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10 > > **Pros**: Donorbox is extremely user-friendly and makes it simple to set up donation forms and campaigns quickly. The customization options allow us to stay on-brand, and the recurring donation features make it easy to encourage sustainable giving. Their customer support is also responsive and helpful. > > **Cons**: Some advanced features require higher-tier plans, which can feel limiting for smaller nonprofits. The reporting/dashboard could also be more robust and intuitive. > > Overall, Donorbox has streamlined our fundraising efforts and provided a reliable, professional-looking platform for donors. It’s been a great tool for growing our monthly giving program and managing campaigns with ease. While there’s room for improvement in analytics and pricing flexibility, the benefits far outweigh the drawbacks. ----- Page: 1 / 27\ Next: [Next page](https://www.getapp.co.uk/software/108833/donorbox?page=2) ## Links - [View on GetApp](https://www.getapp.co.uk/software/108833/donorbox) ## This page is available in the following languages | Locale | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-MX | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | ----- ## Structured Data
