The ability to purchase different pieces of the system a la carte is very nice and integration between the different pieces is reasonably good, though some future improvements would really make it stand out. The phone app is still a work in progress but is a bit limited at this point compared to the web version. It is obvious on all levels that the product has been designed by people that have worked in the clinical trial arena\! We are just over a year into using RT and it has exceeded our needs. While the eSource side is less mature than the eReg it continues to develop and customer service readily takes suggestions with most ideas already on their roadmap. We continue to learn what it has to offer and have just begun looking into the text options. We also are interested in switching our CTMS in the future.
