> **Pros**: It's user friendly and has a nice interface to it. It's easy to navigate between candidates, move them onto the next stages and setup interviews.

> **Cons**: When selecting multiple candidates you can only select those that are visible. You need to select 'Load More' in order to capture the remaining candidates. Sometimes we could have over 100 candidates to process and it would be easier to select all at once instead of the smaller blocks.
