Pros
The software is really easy to use and the team are very open and supportive to our business.
Cons
There is more features than we need but and can be overwhelming. I have just learnt that these can be turned off so all good.

If you look on their website, there is no notice of the platform it's desired for. Throughout the whole process it was not advised to us. It's written in size 9 font in the contract, but it's very misleading. This 'mistake' of theirs cost us [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN}, but is more like a tactical move to steal the money off start-up recruitment firms.Guess what the 'Director of Sales and Marketing' said when I advised him we could not proceed due to our business operating on MAC OS? He said: 'It's a common problem for us and this is why we have to take a non-refundable deposit'.So yes, you heard it right. Instead of making it clearer that Itris only runs efficiently on Windows, they continue to let people fall into the trap and take their money. In all, they made [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN} in less than 24-hours, and they deem this to be their 'costs'.Here are some recommendations for some other, more trustworthy CRM/ATM providers - Bullhorn, Vincere, RecruiterFlow, Recruitee.

Three words that come to mind - Misleading, Desperate, Dishonest.After searching for a CRM/ATM for several weeks, we had some positive recommendations on Itris. I reached out to them and scheduled a demo, then proceeded to sign with them for a period of 12 months, with 3 paid upfront.They wanted a 36 month contract initially and the only justification for their contract being 2 years longer than any competitor, was phone providers do it now, so do we...We were happy with what we saw the demo, although would have liked a trial as every other company offers at the moment. We then signed up and everything was put in place within a period of 24-hours. We received an email with a link to download the 'Itris Launcher' but then realise it's not compatible on MAC OS.
