Husky AI is a field service intelligence platform which helps medium to large businesses automate their office, workforce and client communication through office CRM and automation tools, plus scheduling, dispatching and field staff management technology.

As a cloud-based system, Husky AI gives users the flexibility to work anytime, anywhere, via any internet-enabled device, including desktop, laptop, mobile and tablet devices.

Husky AI supports a six step field service workflow with sales CRM, quote management, and automated scheduling features, plus mobile, invoice management and job and management reporting tools. The sales CRM allows users to track leads automatically, while customized quotation templates help users generate professional quotes quickly. Husky AI enables users to send quotes to clients directly via email.

To streamline scheduling and dispatching activity, Husky AI gives users access to job resourcing and scheduling tools, as well as calendar and team-based scheduling, drag and drop dispatching, job queue management, recurring scheduling and AI matching technology. Field users receive automatic SMS or email notifications to inform them of new, scheduled jobs. Using their mobile devices, field users can take pictures, gather signatures, update information and add materials.

Husky AI supports invoicing features which allow users to create and edit invoices automatically, using logged job and materials information. Batch invoice creation serves to enhance user-productivity, while ready-made reports and real-time analytics help give users valuable insight into critical KPIs and job and management performance. Other important product features include real time GPS mapping, inventory management and time tracking, as well as work order management, customizable service agreements and signature capture.

    I would highly recommend anyone to use this software, over 8 years i have looked at other systems but nothing is close to this.

    Pros

    i have used husky for over 8 years, i have found it to be the most effective tool to manage day to day work loads without having to worry about what our staff are doing, it allows us to focus on the real job rather than worry about what might have happened. I have used this in 2 companies and recently implemented in to my new company .

    Netdispatcher is your answer to a bespoke service management platform. We manage over 100 staff using Netdispatcher. All our leads,orders, jobs sit nicely on the built in CRM. From there we schedule with drag and drop. The team at ND listen to all our requirements and provide a real time link with our staff in the field. We then automate our payroll and invoicing with a link to Sage . No more paper timesheets!

    The flexibility to build your own platform and grow your system as ideas come to you on how to save more time.

    Cons

    Standard fields can't be deleted in forms, this looks to be sorted in the new Version 3.

    Pros

    Husky is straight forward to use, and has made a massive difference to our business in our day-to-day tasks of scheduling our installations.

    Cons

    Sometimes the filters don't work correctly. It also has the occasional crash, so can become time consuming if having to wait.
