Their AI meeting summary thing is useless for legal work - misses critical details and I wouldn't trust it anyway. The interface changes every few months which is annoying when you just want consistency. Breakout rooms are clunky when coordinating with multiple experts on complex cases. > > It's become the default because everyone has it, not because it's exceptional. For client consultations and remote hearings it gets the job done reliably. I'm not thrilled about the cost but switching would create more headaches than it solves.
