Tailored contact lists can be generated for event announcements, appeals, and other communications, with users able to define selection criteria and modify results to fine-tune lists. To ensure that donation acknowledgements are completed in a timely manner, Eleo includes a Mailing Wizard through which users can create mailings following a step-by-step process, and a Mailing Dashboard which allows users to monitor any thank-you letters to be processed.
