> Accent first developed their WIP \& Time-based billing system integrated with Financials for us in 1998, the market then being young and there not being a system available which met our aspirations.  They demonstrated an excellent business understanding of our requirements, and developed and installed the applications efficiently and to programme. Major updates and developments since then have all worked well and they have kept up with our requirements and changes in legislation. The support provided has always been very good and professional, and a strong working partnership has been formed.

More functionality was included on upgrades with the improved presentation of data. Support has always been excellent

> Acural time \& billing system has worked well for several years, initially being deployed to cope with staged billing for our longer-term projects. After a successful upgrade in Q2/16 we now deploy the mobile apps and on-line systems. It is a perfect-fit for service-based industries like ourselves who need a system to be flexible, user-friendly but comprehensive enough to cope with the different rates and types of bills we produce.
