Updates are processed in real time, allowing users to capture budgets and view results instantly, and the system visually indicates the status and progress of budgets for users to view at any point in time. IDU-Concept’s financial reporting enables the analysis of variance between budget, forecasts, comparative years and actual spend, with a drill-down system enabling the identification of business areas which may be responsible for major variances, and the ability for managers to capture comments explaining reasons for variances. Asset management tools include notifications for new assets assigned to cost centers, allocation of new assets to locations and responsible persons by managers, periodic asset verifications, asset disposal, inward transfer of assets, and asset reconciliation.
