> **Pros**: One of the most beneficial features of ZyDoc is the ability to interface with our EMR (eClinicalWorks) and allowing the Providers access their patient schedules via their smartphone for quick and efficient dictation virtually anywhere.  In addition, the use of provider specific macros and mapping to appropriate locations within our EMR documentation allows for productive use of the documentation time.

> **Cons**: While there have been limited issues that would be considered major, all applications have their quirks and room for improvement.  I feel that any issues we had, were rectified promptly and correctly with the proper support team.  I think one thing that might be more useful in this instant response culture we all work in, might be a quicker turn around, although it is most times very acceptable.

> In the several years that I have supported the application and worked with the ZyDoc team, I have been very impressed with their commitment to a quality product and quick response.  The ability to interface with the EMR using a smartphone has improved our ability to spend more quality time with the patients and ensure that prompt documentation occurs. > **Pros**: It is very easy to edit documents and download them and also to print them out the company we used to use before would not let me do that only the doctors were allowed to edit the letters and had to have a password to do that.

Website interface was exceptionally easy to edit my documents and store/search years of transcriptions. Customer support never failed to resolve any issue I had, from technical hardware/software issues, to document formatting with very little downtime. Flexibility to customize my routine work allowed my workflow volume to easily expand as my business increased.
