We've been using Head Light Talent for almost 3 years, and it has been a great way to ensure that everyone in the company has a clear set of SMART objectives that are aligned with organisational goals. We use the system at regular 1:1 coaching sessions between employees and their managers to monitor progress, provide feedback, and to ensure that the objectives are updated and are relevant. We also use it for annual reviews to provide two-way feedback on performance and to ensure that everyone has a personal development plan. The support team at Head Light are always helpful and very responsive, and any suggestions for system enhancements are always considered and often incorporated into new releases.
