> **Pros**: -You can load a lot of CV's without transcribe it, really easy.
- You have an intern mail to have a record of all the conversations with the candidates.
- The customer service is one of the most efficient I have ever seen.
-The app is really friendly and intuitive.

> **Cons**: La navegación podría mejorar bastante. Hay funciones que requieren demasiados pasos para llegar a ellas y echo en falta poder crear un dashboard personalizado donde fijar los accesos directos que uso con más frecuencia.

> En general, Bizneo cumple bien con las necesidades básicas de gestión de personas: fichajes, ausencias, nóminas y onboarding funcionan correctamente y el hecho de tenerlo todo en una sola plataforma ahorra tiempo. Aun así, la experiencia de usuario tiene recorrido de mejora, especialmente en la accesibilidad a las funciones más utilizadas.

> **Pros**: El acompañamiento tanto en la implantación por parte del consultora asignado a la empresa, como el apoyo en la resolución de dudas, recomendaciones de adaptación a la empresa por parte del CSM que llega a conocer perfectamente la realidad y las necesidades de cada cliente.

> **Cons**: De momento no he encontrado ningún aspecto que no me guste. Continuamente se van haciendo mejoras a nivel global que suponen mayor control y menor tiempo en la gestión de procesos de Recursos Humanos.

> Muy positiva; por las características y momento de implantación de la herramienta necesitábamos acompañamiento en la definición y adaptación de procesos y ha sido sobresaliente.
