We originally implemented Hanelly on-premise and connected to our global SAP HCM system. After implementing SuccessFactors, we moved Hanelly to the cloud and the transition was seamless.

> **Cons**: The export function (to PowerPoint and PDF) shows organograms per level in the organization. It would be great if their was another functionality that could export it on a business unit/department level for the entire organization. However this is a minor "con" as there are workarounds to get this view by simply expanding on specific business units/departments and then exporting the organograms.

> Prior to working with Nakisa Hanelly, building updated org charts and implementing changes for a single division could take days to accomplish manually. Today, updates for the entire organization take only a few hours to complete. Nakisa Hanelly also allowed the organization to identify pre-existing errors in reporting lines.
