The customer service team have shown no care for what occurred to our business and haven't called the allocated times we have arranged. There is no way to call anyone direct. They claim they have done what their contract has specified despite us having an unusable system and blame it on the integrator app they recommended. They have shown no care at the destruction this has caused to our business.
