Assign configurable properties (Dual monitor, Standing desk, etc.) to each desk and use them to search for the perfect seat. The module includes multiple workplace safety elements: capacity enforcement, physical distancing rules, check-in, screening questionnaire, emergency roles, etc. Using the workplace analytics section, you can see how the shared desks are used and optimize your workplace with data-driven decisions.

* Meeting room booking engine for an easy-to-follow room scheduling process. One shared space calendar keeps all bookings in a single place. Users only see what they have access to. Capacity enforcement, workplace services and "Report a problem" functionalities available. A comprehensive selection of room booking data helps you uncover space utilization and start rightsizing.

* Work planning - a calendar-like scheduling tool for everyone in your organization to plan their work arrangements (at home, in the office, out of office). You can define planning targets or work from home thresholds, align scheduling with occupancy parameters, and ensure planning visibility.

* AI workplace assistant - Yarvis, the YAROOMS AI chatbot currently available in Microsoft Teams, can quickly handle multiple reservations, schedule recurrent bookings, locate spaces with specific amenities, find colleagues in the office, and more.

* Visitor management system - manage guest records, ensure workplace security, streamline front desk operations, and optimize workplace resources using visitor analytics.

* Digital reception assistant - a digital reception app that allows you to manage visitor traffic, enable workplace compliance, and book spaces straight from the front desk. Employees can use it to perform their daily check-in. The application's UI is easily configurable so you can welcome visitors with a touch of your brand.

* Lobby display application, which enhances your workplace’s visibility by showing the booking status of all rooms in your office. The application's UI is easily customizable, so you can have an overview on the availability of spaces in your preferred format (list or cards) and colors.

* Microsoft Teams integration - Install YAROOMS booking software as a Teams channel tab or a personal ribbon app and make it available to your entire user base in minutes. No prior training is needed to navigate YAROOMS in the familiar Microsoft Teams interface. Office spaces can be booked within seconds even by a first-time user.

* Room panel - an intuitive digital signage application to enhance workplace experience and improve meeting room usage. You can reserve an empty room with a few simple taps. Color-coded availability status helps prevent double bookings. If you need more time or you have finished the meeting earlier, extend or end your reservation at the door. Unused rooms can be released right away.

* Carbon dashboard that allows companies to monitor and report on the location’s CO2 Scope 2 emissions generated by the use of office facilities, as well as the company’s Scope 3 emissions that occur because of the employee commute.
