OmTrak
About OmTrak
OmTrak is a cloud-based project management solution which assists builders and facility managers with document management and collaboration. Its key features include scheduling, job management, work order management, asset tracking, maintenance management, issue tracking and data visualization.
The OmTrak platform comes with a documentation module which enables users to track document versions, upload reports, create folder structures and share files with stakeholders. Staff members can prepare operation and maintenance manuals in a standardized format which complies with contractual and asset management requirements. With the tender management feature, teams can create a list of subcontractors, issue tender invitations and review submitted quotations.
OmTrak includes a facility maintenance tool which lets supervisors create site inspection forms and schedule maintenance activities. It displays outstanding tasks, generates chart reports and lets users review the audit history for each work issue. The system’s BIM software lets team members access, share and review multi-dimensional project models.

Pros
user friendly by category searching and report extracting
Cons
there were too many updates which made it sometimes difficult to view new emails. the major update that had an influence on efficiency is how email were displayed i.e the older email were displayed at the top of the page. this occured in 2018.
