About ProPresenter
ProPresenter is a live presentation and worship application designed to help churches and schools manage and display lyrics and other media in real time, in order to improve engagement with audiences. It allows users to control and handle scripture presentations from a centralized screen and present content using one or more output methods.
Key features of ProPresenter include a media library, playlist management, projection tools, a scripture database, worship panning, layout management, record and playback ability and chord chart management. It comes with a multi-layered architecture, which enables user to control and configure backgrounds, video layers, props, masks and slides independently. Churches can use the import functionality to fetch and play videos from other platforms while adjusting the videos effect, color, volume, or brightness, and cropping or zooming from within the solution.
ProPresenter comes with customizable templates and a text reflow editor, which lets users create and predefine templates, edit slides, and add elements such as shapes, graphics, text, live video inputs, videos, and HTML5 web pages to presentations. Users can also curate, display and moderate social media feeds based on multiple keyword searches.

We switched from PowerPoint and ProPresenter blows it out of the water in terms of customizability and ease of use. Such a good product!
Pros
ProPresenter is so customizable from the standpoint of the administrator (setting up lyrics, backgrounds, videos, etc.), yet it is really simple and easy to use for those running it on a Sunday morning.
Cons
ProPresenter has a feature (that I love) where it will sync with my order of service from Planning Center. However, unless a song has been imported straight from CCLI Song Select, it will not automatically import the song into the playlist, even if they are named exactly the same as what is listed in the setlist.

Overall the software does incredibly well as a presentation software. the use of ease and ability to connect with song select and other softwares to enhance the worship experience is fantastic. The ability to set up stage monitor feature is a wonderful addition. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a presentation software
Pros
It's intuitive. Easy to use. Easy to navigate. Customizable. Very clean and clear. if you have the time to dig into it, you are able to make really incredible presentations without having to buy other programs. It is well made!
Cons
the features are too much for some smaller organizations. Maybe create an option for fewer features for those that don't need all the bells and whistles.

We use ProPresenter 6 weekly to sequence our worship lyrics and other service visuals except for the weekly teaching portions. Our teachers prefer Proclaim due to its integration with Logos bible software. We also use Proclaim to record our teachings - audio with synced visuals - for uploading to our website. For general worship visuals I prefer ProPresenter 6 by far. While our two graphic-op volunteers are fairly new to worship graphics software, I have been creating presentations using computer graphics software professionally since 1983.
Pros
ProPresenter 6 is good at sequencing images, allowing videos to be used as backgrounds, and the database of user created material works well. The weekly task of creating the worship flow for our services is easy and works relatively well. I like that you can click on graphics and text images to make visuals on the fly. We have used ProPresenter with PowerPoint, Keynote and Proclaim software concurrently and switch between them with almost no difficulties.
Cons
In our particular setup - iMac with a Kramer VGA video splitter, in 4:3 - 1024x768 res. - ProPresenter 6 does not correctly initialize the screen buffers causing us to quit and restart the program almost every time we use it. We don't have this problem with PowerPoint, Keynote or Proclaim. Also, for the price, the image (slide) editing functions are clunky - usable, but not good. Apple's Keynote software (free with every Mac) is a great model for easily creating high quality visuals.

Pros
I really like how ProPresenter is really optimal. Many churches use it and I think if you learn it, you can probably handle the media for any church. Another thing I like about ProPresenter is how you can import songs from multiple engines, which is really useful.
Cons
The text editor for ProPresenter is really annoying. You have to tweak it little by little to make it look presentable, but it automatically goes to a default font, size, and position, which is a bit annoying to do. However, it's isn't much of a complaint.

We like the look on the screen and believe that for an experienced MAC user that this would be an easy product to adapt to. It has great multi screen ability.
Pros
It is great for handling video and multi video output and presenting for worship services.
Cons
This has been a real challenge when leaving Easy Worship on a PC. It may be intuitive for a MAC user. However, being historically a PC user, this transition has been difficult. We really miss the ability to directly use PowerPoint presentations with this software. It has also been a challenge melding Youtube files in with it. We will continue to press through and get this conquered.
