It's likely a better choice for smaller organization where resources for implementation are limited. Most modules work well and meet our needs. Integration with JobBoss ERP is helpful and does not require customization. > > **Cons**: The document module is relatively limited. This makes it simple to implement and use, but limits capability. It is not able to store source documents. Source documents have to be kept elsewhere for future revisions. It is not able to convert the source document to pdf, once approvals are completed. Multiple documents can't be routed for approval in a packet. It does not support collaboration, due to lack of a pdf creator. (i.e. RMA's are required for each part number being returned) Base reports which come with uniPoint will not allow you to get all the data out. uniPoint will create any extra report you need, but for a small price.
