Easy to teach others how to use. Gives our whole team a view of project staffing in both a list view and a gantt view. > > **Cons**: We are still needing a way to plug multiple possibilities into 1 role during preliminary staffing. Not having this causes us to still keep 1 spreadsheet that can show us that Role A could be either \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\]. > > The experience has been great so far. The customer service has been wonderful. We have suggested many ideas for improvement and most of them have been implemented. Previously, each group had it's own spreadsheet to track who was on which project and being able to easily have it in one place (with strong filters) has vastly improved our productivity and staffing meetings. ----- ### "Bridgit review from a CM" — 5.0/5 > **Shawn** | *3 September 2024* | Construction | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: The software works well for our resource allocation needs but most of all I like that the development team works with it's customers to continually improve the product. > > **Cons**: All is good. Nothing strong enough to write. > > Tool was perfect for our team and company. Love that we still have a voice in the development of the product. Product team works with us which is important. Product is always moving forward looking to continually improve\! ----- ### "Good way to manage manpower" — 4.0/5 > **Carlos** | *20 May 2021* | Automotive | Recommendation rating: 5.0/10 > > **Pros**: Intuitive use, allows to have a better control on the manpower on a project. Makes it easy > > **Cons**: It has a price, the only real point is that you have to pay for it, and if you are begining in the bussiness may be a downside. ----- ### "Perfect Human Capital/Resource Planning tool for a mid to large size General Contractor" — 5.0/5 > **Christopher** | *3 December 2020* | Construction | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: This software is focused on short and long term planning / assignments for anyone you might have for your project teams. It's NOT focused on timecards or hourly planning as most resource tools are that are out there. It helps with long term planning and helping to determine future hiring needs or where you might have a surplus of talent. It's very intuitive to use and you will quickly ditch the spreadsheet for this task. It's also customizable, so depending on your company and your needs you are able to add/include and track the information that is most useful to you and your organization. > > **Cons**: I honestly don't have any complaints. Bridgit Bench has been adding more features, reports to the software, which have addressed any areas of shortcomings it had at initial rollout. It's cloud based which is perfect, but in rare occasions, there is a glitch/bug. But that has been very short lived. > > Excellent. Customer service has been fast and effective. They don't give away this software, but it's well worth the yearly cost. ----- ### "Bridgit Bench is Great\!" — 5.0/5 > **Ned** | *8 August 2024* | Construction | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: Bridgit Bench is far and away the best Workforce Planning tool that I have seen. > > **Cons**: Nothing really comes to mind. Anything that the program needed has been added over time. > > Over my career, I have used several tools to manage teams spread across different projects. Bridgit Bench is the best I have used to manage the current and future workload. We plan on being a customer for a long time to come. ----- Page: 1 / 4\ Next: [Next page](https://www.getapp.co.uk/software/119571/bridgit-bench?page=2) ## Links - [View on GetApp](https://www.getapp.co.uk/software/119571/bridgit-bench) ## This page is available in the following languages | Locale | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-MX | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | ----- ## Structured Data
