They are quick to assist on IT with good follow up and the system works pretty well within our agency.
Pros
Jenesis has a robust platform with a low cost. It is adequate for most smaller agencies. They are also easy to work with.
Cons
Although I certainly have a Jenesis "Wish List", they are quick to add functionality that makes sense and continue to build out the system with updates so the Jenesis Now version (which I believe was brand new 3-4 years ago) continues to evolve.

I have used Jenesis software both Hosted and Web versions over the past 4 years. The easy of use with the web version is awesome. The customer service team is simply amazing. They are always there willing to help you in any way you need.
Pros
Jenesis web version is super easy to navigate, to put in information and fond everything you’re looking for fast.
Cons
The web version has nothing that I don’t like about it, I can only say the hosted version, is not as good.

Not much at this time and I was not in on buying the producte
Cons
The lack of on hands training done by the company as all is on computer and no hands on and the one sent to do it had to refer to the book all the time

Pros
Real time and I love the fact that the notes stay in the system for others to see. Working remote makes this very important.
Cons
This is not applicable. From time to time, we may have a minor issue, but the team clears it ASAP
