About Document360

Document360 is an AI-powered Knowledge base platform that enables users to create and publish self-service knowledge bases or help centers using documentation, categorization, editing, and branding tools like markdown support, version management and rollback, preview functionality, AI-powered search, custom domain mapping, internal commenting, and more.

Users can create and manage their help center articles with version management, advanced search, article settings (page titles, article tags), and preview tools. Document360 saves multiple versions of articles, helping to protect users against accidental content changes. The preview mode lets users check how the article looks before publishing. Document360 supports team collaboration, allowing authors to discuss and review their articles with each other online from a central location.

Document360 supports categorization with tools enabling users to create categories/sub-categories, reorder articles within categories, as well as hide categories. The platform also offers a range of editing tools, such as image/video embedding, code blocking, callouts, tables, hyperlinks, file attachments, and more. Customization tools allow users to create a knowledge base that matches their brand. Document360 offers integration with third-party apps like Google Analytics, Segment, and Olark.

To support developers documentation, Document360 allows users to create API documentation easily and effectively.

Pros

I've been using DOC 360 for the past year, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best document sharing platforms out there.

DOC 360 has a clean, intuitive interface that makes it easy to upload, organise, and share documents.

DOC 360 supports a wide range of file formats, making it a versatile tool for various document types. From PDFs to spreadsheets and presentations, it handles everything seamlessly.

Whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance, the customer support team at DOC 360 has been responsive and helpful. Their dedication to ensuring a smooth user experience is truly commendable.

Overall, DOC 360 has exceeded my expectations in almost every way. It’s a reliable, efficient, and secure platform that has made document management and collaboration easier than ever. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch document sharing solution!

Cons

The only minor downside I've encountered is the occasional slow loading time for very large documents. While this isn't a frequent issue, it can be a bit frustrating when working with particularly big files. However, this is a minor inconvenience in an otherwise excellent platform.

Pros

The experience overall has been outstanding. Document360 is a reliable, secure platform that's made document management and collaboration much easier. Document360 has a simple and easy-to-use interface thar makes uploading, organizing, and sharing documents a breeze.

Cons

One thing I found lacking in Document360 is the search functionality. Rest everything is fine for us. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great document sharing tool!.

Pros

Easy to use, yet the suite of publishing and admin tools is comprehensive.

Cons

The document review process with stakeholders could be aided by having a way to share a link to an unpublished document.

Currently, there is no way for team members to see an article preview without also having an account, so we must resort to either publishing the document prematurely or generating a PDF, which is not ideal.

Technical Support for specific issues can be hit and miss at times.

Pros

An exceptional knowledgebase that has truly transformed the way of managing and sharing the information. The user-friendly interface makes it easy to create and edit the content with the minimal technical expertise. The best part is that multiple team members can work at the same time.
The customer support is always ready to assist with the queries and handle them on priority. It has come out to be a game changer for our knowledgebase and has enhanced the overall customer experience. Would highly recommend.
