About Zoho Workerly
Zoho Workerly is a platform built for temporary staffing agencies to help streamline job scheduling processes. Recruiters can manage client and temporary workers databases, schedule jobs based on client requirements, generate timesheets, and send out invoices from within one interface.
The cloud-based solution helps users get the most out of the staffing pipeline with tools for managing temporary workers, clients, and contact databases all in one place. Agencies can obtain a list of the relevant temporary workers for a client's open position using the criteria search feature, powered by artificial intelligence (AI).
With Zoho Workerly agencies can generate timesheets on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, and automatically calculate work hours carried out by employees at their place of work. Timesheets can be sent to clients through various communication channels for confirmation, and the system facilitates the creation of schedules for temporary workers with respect to their assigned jobs. Zoho Workerly allows users to record the amount of hours a temporary worker has put in on a project and send the client an invoice for approval. The reports functionality allows users to gain real-time insight in order to measure workers’ performance, progress of assigned jobs, and existing strategy.
Zoho Workerly is also designed to empower workers with real-time notifications of new job assignments, as well as consent requests for new jobs. Employees can accept jobs within the self service portal, via email, or SMS. Using the native mobile apps for iOS and Android, employees can update workload, clock work hours, and send timesheets for review.

Pros
The planning capability with Zoho Workerly and easy creation of multiple Construction project reports and the ability for collaboration across Engineers is beneficial.This tool provides accurate project data analytics and the workflow management and data sharing through Zoho Workely is nice.
Cons
Quite responsive scheduling system and very smooth on its initial deployment and interface setting was an easy process.

It's hasn't been the greatest. We attended a meeting with a rep to go over questions regarding the implementation and the whole meeting the rep kept telling us that they didn't know how to answer our question and that they would get back to us. The meeting ended with the rep instructing us to send an email with the questions we had during the meeting because they weren't able to answer any of our questions. It felt very wasteful and not very respectful of our time and interest in the process. I personally would only recommend Zoho if there's an agency that needs a scheduling software.
Pros
The scheduling system is very straight forward. It's nice to be able to see all the Temps currently scheduled in for work. We have done at least 10 demos and none of them had all in one scheduling like Zoho does.
Cons
- Customer Service takes a while to get back to you as their headquarters are based in India. You will get responses very late at night or at the crack of dawn. Also, there doesn't seem to be just one agent assigned to your file.- The same employee cannot be deployed to another assignment with a different pay rate. This is very inconvenient because Staffing Agencies provide different pay rates for different assignments based on the distance, workload, and in some cases, holidays/premium hours worked.

Pros
The software allows our staff to enter a job and select only the candidates that would best fit the clients needs. It allows us to keep track of who is up-to-date on their licenses and certifications.
Cons
That clients can't log in and submit jobs.
